NTC Balance, Data and Recharge: All Methods That Work
Check NTC balance and remaining data via app, codes and customer care - plus recharge options.
By DigitalNepal · Updated 2026-10-04
The fastest reliable way is the official NTC app, which shows balance, remaining data/voice and pack validity in one screen. USSD codes also work but change over time - confirm the current code in the app or on NTC's site.
Steps
1Use the official NTC app
Log in with your number to see balance, data left, active packs and expiry - no codes to memorise.
2Try the balance code
If you prefer dial codes, use the balance-check method currently published by NTC. If it fails, the code changed - check the app.
3Check data separately
Data balance often needs its own query or appears in the app's data section with expiry dates.
4Recharge what fits
Recharge via app, mobile banking, eSewa/Khalti or scratch cards. Match the recharge to the pack you actually use.
5Call support when stuck
Use the customer-service number shown in the official app for wrong deductions or missing balance.
Good to know: Screenshot unexpected deductions with date and time before calling support - evidence speeds up refunds.

FAQ
Balance disappeared overnight?
Usually background data usage or an expired pack's pay-as-you-go rate. Check data usage and active packs first.
