Steps
1Create your vault
Sign up at bitwarden.com with your main email and a long master passphrase you can remember.
2Install app + extension
Phone app for apps, browser extension for websites. Log into both.
3Save logins as you go
Change your top 5 accounts first (email, bank, Facebook), saving each in the vault.
4Write down the master password
On paper, stored at home. Forgetting it locks the vault permanently.
Good to know: Bitwarden cannot reset your master password. The paper backup is not optional.
